Camp
Brightside

Camp Brightside is a weeklong sleepaway camp for individuals ages 13-22 with Down Syndrome. Camp is run in collaboration with Camp Twin Lakes at their Rutledge, GA location. Camp Twin Lakes is a network of camps providing transformative camps for children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges. This week of camp gives campers an opportunity to experience traditional camp activities in a supportive environment!

Our camp application process opens for the month of November and closes on November 30th. All applications need to have a refundable $150 deposit to be reviewed (the deposit link is located at the end of the application form). After closing applications, camp staff will reach out to schedule an interview. Final admittance decisions are based on gender, age, and interview - there is NOT a “first come, first served” policy.

*We have closed our initial camper applications and are reviewing them. If you would like to be put on the waitlist, fill out our waitlist application. Please note: Waitlist applications will be reviewed if camper spots are still open after reviewing initial applications.
