The Caroline Thome Angel Fund

Established in memory of sweet Caroline Thome, the Angel Fund was created to impact the lives of local families raising an individual with Down syndrome. Donating in memory of Caroline or a loved one is a meaningful way to honor their life and pay tribute to the individual and their family.

Your generous donation to the Angel Fund supports local families and self-advocates with camp scholarships, conferences, educational programming, social gatherings, and advocacy efforts to shift the narrative around Down syndrome. Thank you for your support and carrying on Caroline's legacy.

Aj’s Bar Mitzvah Project

AJ is completing a community project for his upcoming Bar Mitzvah (a coming-of-age celebration with a project that benefits the community), and he wanted to set up a fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta.

In his own words

My connection to Down Syndrome is Eli U. I met Eli when I was a baby, and to this day, I am still great friends with him. Eli is a kind and sweet guy, and he is very inclusive. I am supporting this cause because I think that people with Down syndrome are the most caring people in the world, but sometimes, kids and adults exclude them because they are different. In my view, they are different but in a great way.                                          -AJ

*All donations will be used to support the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta’ programs that directly benefit the Down syndrome community.
